Schlüter & Maack specializes in the supply of fine coffees for speciality roasters - sourcing arabica and robusta coffees from all quality growing areas in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

Arabica or robusta, Transfair or organic coffees - decisive is the exact knowledge of customer requirements for "their" coffees.

Our deliveries are as per customer request: single bags, pallets, container/truckwise including mixed containers/trucks, down to single bags - from our warehouse in Hamburg or from origin. All our coffees are individually sample roasted for our customers and tasted in the cup: arabica as well as robusta coffees, transfair and organic coffees.

Beyond supplying green coffee to speciality roasters Schlüter & Maack act as coffee consultant for the german speciality coffee market.

Schlüter & Maack is the founding member and initiator of the german chapter of the SCAE Speciality Coffee Association of Europe.
